About Me

In his first three years in real estate Patrick Woods closed over $55 million in residential and commercial real estate transactions.  While his passion lies in residential real estate, he also has an extensive knowledge in commercial and investment real estate.  In addition, he has repeatedly walked clients through the rigorous 1031 exchange process.

In 2006 Patrick joined Keller Williams Realty as the Team Leader of the Natomas office, taking it from number three in market share to number one in a declining market.  Patrick currently coaches and consults over 150 associates who combined have closed 1174 transactions and have over $283,280,000 in sales volume year to date.

Prior to working in real estate, Patrick worked extensively with early-stage and mid-stage corporate ventures, facilitating their growth from garage-based start-ups to enterprise-class service providers.   His first venture raised over $4 million in investment capital and was eventually sold to Nokia.  Patrick’s entrepreneurial skills and enthusiasm have been key factors in his real estate success.

Patrick currently resides in the Natomas area of Sacramento, CA with his wife, Gina and two sons, Jack and Stenn.
