Below are the latest stats for the month of April.

Here is the market share for Keller Williams v. the other major players in all of Metrolist! We continue to maintain an amazing distance between us and our competition!! Be very proud of what we are doing! Your efforts are paying off for you and everyone involved in KW!!!

In addition, our office took over 100 new listings last month and our closings are climbing in leaps and bounds. Based on MLS data, our office is taking more listings and has more closings (units and sales $) year to date than any other real estate office in Sacramento!! GREAT WORK!!
